The F1670A by Tie Down Engineering/Dexter Marine (manufacturer part number 200426) is a 2,200 lbs. capacity replacement axle with super lube spindles. These straight spindles feature pressed stainless steel wear rings for a tight grease seal fit and zerk fittings. These fittings allow easy bearing lubrication via a grease gun without having to take the hubs off. A drilled channel connected to the zerk fittings shoot grease to the inner bearings, pushing new grease from front to back while purging old grease. The beam is coated with a black powder coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion. This axle comes with two loose spring seats, axle nuts, washers and cotter pins.

NOTE: We will only weld within the recommended spring center range provided by the manufacturer. Going inside or outside of this range may cause the strength of the axle to lessen or even a complete axle failure. Welded axles are non-returnable for any reason. When installing the axle, make sure that the camber bow is point up. This camber is designed to deflect the weight of the load once weight is applied to the trailer, essentially straightening out the axle to prevent uneven tire tread wear.
