Tekonsha 119178 Taillight Converter

This unit is rated for up to 2.1 amps for Turns/Stops circuits and 7.5 amps for the taillight circuit. It adapts import and domestic vehicles with separate turn and stop lights ( 3 wire system) to standard trailer taillight wiring (2 wire system). The converter will work with either LED or Incandescent bulbs (vehicle & trailer). Integrated re-settable short circuit and overlod protection safeguards itself and the tow vehicle from shorts and installation wiring mishaps. It is designed not to send feedback through the vehicle circuits. Will not work with vehicles with low-side switch. Integrated protective cover included. 60" 4-flat car end connector included.
