Shipping and Return Policies

Order Fulfillment

Please note that expediated orders (UPS Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, and Three-Day Select) must be placed no later than 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.

*Exclusions to expediated services include observed days by UPS *

 

Orders placed before 2PM EST are not guaranteed to, but typically do ship the same business day, Monday through Friday.

 

There is no guarantee that your item will arrive on time even with the expediated service; however, if there is a known-delay / issue on UPS' website regarding your order & it's backed by UPS' Service Guarantee, we will refund your expediated services payment.

We are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. Any orders placed with us on those days will be shipped out the following business day.

 

Returns

Please email us at CustomerService@TrailerParts.com with your name, order number, and brief reason for return. Alternatively, you can call us at 844-882-8576. 

 

Since we ship 99% of our orders out the same day that they are placed, cancellation requests must be made before your order ships out. If the order has left our warehouse after your request, we cannot offer any refunds unless you ship the item(s) back to us at your cost. Once we receive the item(s), we will refund the purchased price only, not the shipping cost.

TrailerParts.com will cover the return shipping costs only if the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered.
 
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
 
We accept returns of products within 30 days of your order.
 
* Items that you request be welded may not be returned under any circumstance, for any reason. *

* Products that are purchased that are listed as "TILL SUPPLIES LAST" are non-returnable. *

* If a product is installed, it is non-returnable. *

Damaged / Missing Contents

Once your package is delivered to you, please inspect the contents immediately to confirm accuracy. In the event of a missing or damaged item, contact our customer service team through the contact form or by giving us a call at 844-882-8576.
 
Please do not throw away package or packing materials used, it may be needed for UPS / USPS investigation. (See package insert for more detailed information.)
 
All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date .

 

Shipping Methods

Our shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly known as First Class Mail) and USPS Priority Mail. 

 

Expediated services are also avaliable from UPS including Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, and Three-Day Select. 

Economy Standard Ground

Our current minimum shipping rate for the 48 contiguous states is $9.86.

 

When you choose the “Economy Standard Ground” option, your order will be sent to you at the cheapest cost to us. This could be USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground. Shipping timeframes for these methods are anywhere from 2 to 7 business days once they leave our facility. 

 

We cannot bill shipping to UPS Account Numbers, the shipping charge must be paid upfront.

We do not have a Retail Storefront, and do not offer Order Pickup.
