Order Fulfillment

Please note that expediated orders (UPS Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, and Three-Day Select) must be placed no later than 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.

*Exclusions to expediated services include observed days by UPS *

If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to call us at 844-882-8576 to confirm whether or not your order will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time are not guaranteed to, but typically do ship the same business day, Monday through Friday.

 There is no guarantee that your item will arrive on time even with the expediated service; however, if there is a known-delay / issue on UPS' website regarding your order, we will refund your expediated services payment.  

We are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any orders placed with us on those days will be shipped out the following business day.

Returns

TrailerParts.com will cover the return shipping costs only if the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered.
 
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
 
We accept returns of products within 30 days of your order.
 
** Items that you request be welded or cut-to-length may not be returned under any circumstance, for any reason. **
 
Our new policy makes returning your product faster and more convenient! Please write us at Customerservice@trailerparts.com

In the heading please write, ‘Return’, followed by your order number.

Example: Return: 100012345

Please attach sufficient pictures of the product(s) you are returning along with the following information. Failure to do so may delay your return process:

  1. Order number (Starting with ‘1000’) and full name
  2. Reason for return:
    1. Does not want product (changed mind)
    2. Received incorrect product
    3. Damaged / defective
  3. Full return or partial
    1. If partial, what item(s) and quantity
  4. Please state if you would like us to provide you with a return label + instructions. *We charge for the label; cost varies based on weight. You may also choose to use a shipping company of your choice. If so, please send the package(s) with the Return Authorization Form (RMA) to:

Shipping Methods

Our shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, USPS Ground Advantage (Formally known as First Class Mail) and USPS Priority Mail.

Free Shipping and Economy Standard Ground

Free shipping is available only during sales / through promotional emails. Free shipping promotions/sales/offers are only valid for orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Our current minimum shipping rate for the 48 contiguous states is $9.86.

When you choose the “Economy Standard Ground” option or participate in a “Free Shipping” promotion/sale, your order will be sent to you at the cheapest cost to us. This could be USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground. Shipping timeframes for these methods are anywhere from 2 to 7 business days once they leave our facility. The vast majority of orders ship within 1 business day, but delays do occur for: items that do not have sufficient inventory stock to fulfill your requested quantity ordered, and orders placed during global pandemics; for those rare exceptions we reserve the right to utilize up to 21 calendar days to process your order before it leaves our facility. We do offer expedited options at an additional cost, and those will be presented to you during checkout.

We feel that our product prices and shipping rates are very competitive compared to the rest of the industry.  If you find our shipping rates to be unacceptable, we encourage you to look at our competitors’ rates (combined with their higher product prices) so that you are comfortable when you purchase from us.

 

We cannot bill shipping to UPS Account Numbers, the shipping charge must be paid upfront.
